When I was pregnant, I searched for meditations that felt real. Ones that didn't talk at me, but sat with me. That held space for the bigness of what was happening, the wonder, the fear, the tenderness, the exhaustion.
I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, so I made it.
This album was created as something I felt I needed when I was pregnant. Ten meditations for different moments. The nights you can't sleep. The days you're in your head about your body. The times you worry that something might be wrong with your baby. The moments you just want to slow down and feel close to yourself and your baby. I made these to support you through all of it.
